    Bullet jump for hunting

I'm working to set up some rounds for deer season and get a final zero on the scope. What is the typical jump you use when you load for hunting? I typically just set my jump at .015 for hunting, run a ladder test and pick my best group. I'm really just curious to see what everyone else does.

Well most of my hunting rifles have massive freebore so I stick to mag or box length. I do not believe in taking chances with animals so I cycle my loads to check for any sign of sticky brass.

The only rifle I have issues with freebore is my 300 wm. That one gets loaded to mag length. All the others have been pretty good. Just been lucky I guess.

Id rather be lucky than good any day. A lot of people complain about freebore but I have not really had much issue with it. Granted all of my target rifles are throated for a particular bullet.
